Carl Valentin Vario Industrial Printer

The Carl Valentin Vario series is technically and visually revised and combines the most important functions of a reliable label printer with the best ease of use. The options of the Vario series include a label cutter, a dispenser, external rewinder, barcode scanner and RFID. A WLAN interface joins the options and enables wireless data transmission. The guillotine shape of the cutter enables easy cutting of labels weighing up to 240 g/m2. The guillotine knife can be easily attached without any technical effort. Due to a hardened knife edge and a powerful motor, the cutter has a long service life.

A dispensing photoelectric sensor or a dispensing adapter can be used to dispense labels. If labels are printed in manual mode, the light barrier can detect a label in dispensing position and abort the printing process. If the pre-dispensed label is removed, the Vario automatically resumes the printing process. If printing is done in automatic mode, the printing and dispensing of the labels is done by an external signal. The user interface of the Vario may differ depending on the variant. The Vario is available in a variant with keys and your display, but also in a variant with a resistive touch screen. The 7" touch display has a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and displays graphic symbols or a print preview of the label.
