Our experienced support team connects to your devices via remote support tool and fixes all acute and non-acute problems with the system configuration, hardware functionalities or the overall system. If telephone support is not sufficient to solve the problem, our support will come to your site and solve the problems.
Professional repair at COSYS
If your devices are damaged or defective, the COSYS repair service is at your disposal. With our highly qualified technicians and our own spare parts warehouse, we ensure that your devices are repaired quickly and professionally. If you have signed a hardware service agreement with COSYS, your devices will be marked as service devices directly at the incoming goods department and will be repaired first by our repair department. If your device has to be sent to the manufacturer due to a warranty claim or similar, the experienced COSYS team takes over the communication with the manufacturer and takes care of the device handling, the repair description as well as the testing of the repaired devices and the installation of the devices with your COSYS software. With COSYS you therefore have a contact person who takes care that your defective devices become functional again.
Replacement devices in case of device failure
In case of device failures due to repairs, we immediately provide you with a fully configured replacement device. The replacement device is loaded with your COSYS software and is immediately ready for use, so that you can become productive again as quickly as possible. While you are using the replacement device, our service staff will repair your defective device. We will gladly arrange for the device to be picked up so that you do not have to worry about anything.
Direct shipment of ready-to-use devices
COSYS manages your replacement pool as well as repaired devices for you and sends them fully configured and ready for use to the location of your choice if required. This way you benefit from a relief of your IT resources, as the device management runs completely via COSYS.
