COSYS therefore takes care of the setup of your acquired Mobile devices, handheld scanners and label printers and integrates them into your mobile device management solution if desired. Our experienced technicians configure your devices according to your specifications, integrate them into your system landscape, so that you can start using them immediately after receiving them. All device settings such as WLAN, user profiles or kiosk mode are set up by COSYS for you, so you don´t have to worry about them.

If you use COSYS software, we offer you suitable software maintenance contracts that keep your software solution always up-to-date and include subsequent changes.
If the life cycle of your equipment has been exceeded or if continued use of your equipment proves uneconomical, you should consider a system change. New devices incorporate new innovations and enable future market requirements to be met. Therefore, the switch to new equipment should be thoroughly thought through so as not to make any hasty decisions. The experience gained with the old system should be used to find suitable successor devices. Required functions and technologies such as voice communication, data matrix code capture or Google Mobile Services should also be formulated as requirements and taken into account when searching for hardware.

A software rollout comprises the introduction of a software solution into the system landscape of a company and also includes the distribution of the software to Mobile devices, smartphones or servers. The software rollout takes place either at a single location or across several locations at the same time. The software rollout includes on the one hand the installation of our COSYS backend in your IT landscape or in the COSYS Cloud and on the other hand the installation of the mobile app on your devices.
If you have also purchased mobile device management software, we will be happy to implement it in your company.
Hardware rollout involves replacing your old equipment with your newly acquired hardware. Since hardware is always replaced in large numbers, the hardware rollout is one of the most complicated. During the hardware rollout, devices are configured according to the customer´s requirements, integrated into the customer´s network and updated to the latest version. User and device rights are also created. The shipment of the devices to the customer represents the end of the hardware rollout. Since the devices have been charged and made ready for use beforehand, customers can use the new devices out-of-the-box.
Thanks to a broad-based team of technicians, COSYS can take over the hardware rollout for individual devices as well as for an entire fleet.
Software rollout
A software rollout at COSYS includes the installation and configuration of the COSYS software as well as the setup of the solution via remote. Individual settings of the clients can be done by our experienced staff.
Upon request, our technicians will also set up a kiosk mode on your Mobile devices and smartphones. For each software rollout, we ensure that all devices have the same operating system and software version to ensure uniformity.

Hardware rollout
The hardware rollout is always a small challenge for COSYS, because manufacturers deliver devices not configured and with outdated operating systems. But since the device configuration is the decisive factor in the system rollout, COSYS takes care of updating the operating system, configuring the devices and the integrated scanner and setting up other device settings such as WLAN.
During hardware rollout, COSYS can perform firmware updates for you as well as pre-charge batteries and devices. Hardware-related services such as the application of a protective film or the numbering of your devices can also be part of COSYS services.
