The WT6300 is dustproof, water-resistant, and can withstand the inevitable daily bumps and drops. Corning Gorilla Glass makes the touchscreen, one of the most important and sensitive device components, scratch and shatter resistant. The WT6300 is the only device in its class designed for use in cold rooms and has a battery suitable for temperatures as low as -22 °F (-30 °C). It has also been drop tested across the entire temperature range, which is very important for cold rooms as plastic can become brittle at low temperatures.
