Honeywell´s Eclipse 5145™ is a cost-effective laser alternative to CCD scanners. Its compact form factor and multiple features simplify its use in many applications at the touch of a button. Eclipse is a portable, single-line laser scanner. It is equipped with Honeywell´s patented CodeGate® technology and can be used in a wide range of applications. Thanks to CodeGate® technology, the user can easily target the barcode. Data is transferred simply by pressing a button. Eclipse is therefore ideal for menu scanning, document processing, inventory control and point-of-sale systems.

Honeywell´s state-of-the-art scanning technology gives the Eclipse 5145 a wider working range and scan width than traditional CCD scanners. The width of the scan line increases as the distance between the scanner and the bar code increases.
