The Lynx PDA can be described as the "little brother" of the Elf - because it is actually smaller and lighter than the Elf. Its advantages therefore come to the fore in scan-intensive applications in retail, healthcare and field service. Here, users benefit from its small and lightweight form factor, aggressive reading performance and robustness. In addition to its ergonomics, it also impresses with its technical functions and features. To guarantee flexible data acquisition processes, the Lynx™ PDA is available with either a 1D laser scanner or a 2D imager. For applications that require photographic evidence - to document damaged goods or packaging, for example - a variant with an integrated camera (with flash) is also available. Thanks to the Microsoft operating system, Windows® Embedded Handheld 6.5 for mobile devices, and the Wavelink Avalanche® software, the PDA can be quickly configured and put into operation.

The Lynx™ PDA combines state-of-the-art technology in a compact and robust form. It stands for highest ergonomics and accommodates an 806 MHz processor as well as 256 MB RAM and 512 MB flash memory in a mini housing. In addition, it has practical LEDs that always show the user the current battery status, the read confirmation and the current keyboard level. The user can set individual alarm signals via the vibration function and the accelerometer ensures automatic display rotation.
