As with its predecessor, the EDA61K, Honeywell has successfully combined the design of the CK65 with the technology of the EDA52. This combination makes the EDA62K the ideal solution for all work processes along the entire supply chain in small and medium-sized companies where a separate keyboard is required. The EDA62K comes with a powerful battery that can easily survive more than one shift. It also comes with different key options such as 34-key numeric and 47-key alphanumeric. Similar to its predecessor, the EDA62K will also be available with 2 scan engines, allowing you to capture barcodes in close proximity with the Standard Range Scan Engine and up to 15 meters away with the Extended Range.

The EDA62K also fulfills all requirements for the Android Enterprise Recommended (AER) program and is equipped with a powerful Qualcomm processor that comes with an Android 11 operating system from the factory. Further version updates to higher Android versions are thus also given. The robust casing of the EDA62K can withstand numerous drops from a height of 1.5 meters and thus guarantees long-term reliability, security and performance.
