The TD 1100 prints using either direct thermal or thermal transfer technology. The attractive design blends into a variety of environments. Label roll and ribbon can be changed easily and quickly thanks to the generously sized housing cover. Despite the small size of the housing, the thermal transfer printer can be equipped with label rolls up to 127 mm (5") and ribbons up to 300 m (984 ft) long. This reduces idle time caused by changing consumables and increases productivity.
With the help of the rotary knife, label materials up to a weight of approx. 200 g/m² can be cut. The retrofittable knife enables single cut, interval cut and end cut. The guillotine shape of this cost-effective cutting device enables materials weighing up to 170 g/m² to be cut. The knife can be retrofitted without technical effort. In addition to single cut, the interval and end cut operating modes are available.
